BTS has a wealth of nine experienced, courteous and efficient personnel who will no doubt serve you satisfactorily. They have been continuously trained to cope with the daily changes in the travel industry particularly in the airline passenger sales, reservations, hotel, tours car hire and air taxi both locally and internationally.

We enjoy excellent relationship with all airlines of the world that we handle, especially those which are represented here in Uganda and have offices.

We will endeavor to offer you the various fare options that suit your requirements, however it is important to remember that all 'special fares' will have various rules attached. 

These rules include restrictions on changes and cancellations and advance purchase deadlines. Our Travel Consultant will brief you on these rules before you buy your ticket. First Class, Business Class and Full Fare Economy tickets have no cancellation charges attached, however it is common practice for airlines to charge an administration fee if these tickets are submitted for refund.

We recommend our customers to make provisional bookings. However we cannot confirm or guarantee the airfare quoted until payment is received and the ticket is issued.
