Payments

BTS will accept payment of deposits and balances as follows:
Credit Cards: - We accept Visa, MasterCard for airline tickets on particular airlines and we do not charge for this service.
Cash: - We accept Uganda Shillings and all other international currencies depending on the day’s exchange rate.
Cheques: - We accept Uganda Shilling cheques at no charge. We accept Dollar cheques, but with a charge of US$65.

Refund

Refund of unused flight tickets, less any cancellation charges, is normally completed within one month. Where no documents have been issued or funds passed to airlines, refunds are affected as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may still apply.

Mode of payment:

All prices are quoted in US Dollars.  You may pay by cash or traveler’s cheque to Breeze Travel Ltd, or your travel agent.  Foreign currency cheques, TC’s and payment by credit card may be accepted subject to bank charges at the prevailing rate, based on local currency can be accepted at the current dollar buying rate.  Cheques and TC’s may incur Manager’s Discretion service charge
